Panko Cauliflower

These are so tasty they can be a meal in themselves. The panko breadcrumbs add a lovely texture to a the cauliflower that comes to life with coriander, spring onions and sweet chilli sauce.



  1. Cut the cauliflower into similar sized florets
  2. Prepare 3 bowls; flour, beaten egg and panko breadcrumbs. Line a baking tray with grease proof paper
  3. Wash the cauliflower florets, then place the heads in flour, then egg, then panko breadcrumbs
  4. Cook for 30 minutes on 180C. Serve immediately with chopped coriander, sliced spring onion and drizzle sweet chilli sauce over
