These are so tasty they can be a meal in themselves. The panko breadcrumbs add a lovely texture to a the cauliflower that comes to life with coriander, spring onions and sweet chilli sauce.
Ingredients
1 bowl
- cauliflower1 portion
- egg1
- flour
- panko breadcrumbs
- spring onion2
- sweet chilli sauce
- corianderchopped

Instructions
- Cut the cauliflower into similar sized florets
- Prepare 3 bowls; flour, beaten egg and panko breadcrumbs. Line a baking tray with grease proof paper
- Wash the cauliflower florets, then place the heads in flour, then egg, then panko breadcrumbs
- Cook for 30 minutes on 180C. Serve immediately with chopped coriander, sliced spring onion and drizzle sweet chilli sauce over
